Meeting Finances and Funding

Conference funds will cover the cost of the following:

• Up to three nights hotel accommodations at the InterContinental Buckhead
• Roundtrip economy class airfare or reimbursement of mileage (48½ cents per mile) or roundtrip train fare
• Pre-arranged roundtrip airport transfers or self parking at the InterContinental Hotel
• Meeting materials
• Planned food and beverage (Thursday Reception and Dinner, Friday Continental Breakfast, Friday Luncheon, Friday Dinner, Saturday Continental Breakfast, Saturday Luncheon, and appropriate breaks)

Conference funds will not cover:

• Rental cars or taxis
• Entertainment (movies or incidental hotel room charges) or gift items
• Other food and beverage items

Participant must be prepared to present a major credit card upon checking in at the InterContinental to cover the cost of any incidentals purchased during your stay.
