Meeting Finances and
Funding
Conference funds will cover the cost of
the following:
- Up to three nights hotel
accommodations at the InterContinental Buckhead
- Roundtrip economy class
airfare or reimbursement of mileage (48½ cents per mile) or roundtrip train
fare
- Pre-arranged roundtrip airport
transfers or self parking at the InterContinental Hotel
- Meeting materials
- Planned food and beverage
(Thursday Reception and Dinner, Friday Continental Breakfast, Friday Luncheon,
Friday Dinner, Saturday Continental Breakfast, Saturday Luncheon, and
appropriate breaks)
Conference funds will not cover:
- Rental cars or taxis
- Entertainment (movies or
incidental hotel room charges) or gift items
- Other food and beverage items
Participant must be prepared to
present a major credit card upon checking in at the InterContinental to cover
the cost of any incidentals purchased during your stay.
